This session is aimed at Project Managers / Project Administrators and people who are currently using MS Project at a basic level and who wish to increase their skills and develop more robust and complex plans. This workshop covers;

  • resolving resource over allocation,
  • using shared resources across several plans,
  • creating a “top project” to view of all plans and
  • using reports and dashboards.

A working knowledge of MS Project is assumed.
