Liam is the President & CEO of international training and consultancy firm, Turlon & Associates. Liam has been involved in project, program & portfolio management since 1995, working across various industries and professions in Ireland, Asia-Pacific and North America. As part of Turlon, Liam works with various public & private companies, on a consultancy basis, in growing levels of project, program & portfolio management maturity.
Liam has served as the President of the Ireland Chapter of PMI and was Chair of PMI’s Global Board Volunteer Advisory Group. Coupled with his industrial experience, Liam spends time speaking at the national and international project, program and portfolio management forums / conferences
Mark joined Turlon over 2 years ago and brings a wealth of experience in project management & business change across a range of industries. Mark has a clear focus on delivery with a significant track record of successful transformation in an international and local context. Mark has a strong track-record of Digital Transformation project and program management.
Mark currently works with teams and businesses that are focused on change in a dynamic environment. Mark also leads Turlon’s PRINCE2 offerings and is a Certified Practitioner (PRINCE2) and a Certified Practitioner Managing Successfully Programs (MSP).
Delia is an experienced customer service representative who interacts with Turlon’s customers to provide them with information and to address inquiries regarding products and services. In addition, Delia deals with any customer issues or complaints.
Delia manages the Customer Relationship from your first contact with Turlon right through to helping you to resolve any problems that may arise.

Mike is an experienced professional with history of achievement in software industry, both in information services delivery & new product development. Mike has worked on programs and projects for 20 years in the software engineering sector, both in the provision of software services and in product development.
Over the past 10 years, Michael has leveraged his earlier experience to complete both an MSc (project management of globally distributed software engineering teams) and a PhD (lean project management in software development).
To bridge his academic contributions and experience with practical industrial engagement, Mike also delivered over 100 executive training workshops to many organizations in the public and private sector.

Angelo is a business psychologist and facilitator with nearly twenty-five years consulting, organisational and leadership development experience with mid and senior level leaders in both the private and public sectors. Since 2001 Angelo has trained hundreds of project managers, project teams and their sponsors. He has developed and delivered post-graduate education and training programs in project management and change management. Angelo’s project management experience ranges from IT to large-scale culture change programs. His interests are in helping organisations introduce project management and the integration of change and project management. As a result, Angelo works with senior leadership teams to design and develop their project management culture.
